This was my worst experience ever. The rental facility people were extraordinarily nice and helpful. When I went to pick up the truck with the U Haul app it kept saying the page it was timed out unable to get a code called U-haul 6 to eight times nobody knew how to explain to me how to get the key out when I don't have the code. Get some customer service that knows how to run the place
