Recommend UHaul at Center Point Rd. Far better customer service and more equipment availability than Blairs Ferry Rd NE. I would recommend for Blairs Ferry to listen to the Customers. Besides not having the equipment for rental due to multiple booking changes from U-Haul itself not the client, the fleet was not clean. Inside of the truck had trash from the previous user. My original rental was about 1 mile from my base location. I got a call from U-Haul that there was a location change due to truck availability 2.9 miles away, and the date before the rental, I got another call that my reservation was being changed to another location about 3.1 miles away from my original reservation. Just a reminder the U-Haul charges per miles. When the moving equipment was not available, the U-Haul clerk sent me to the other location 2.6 miles away to pick up the dollies. Who covered that cost? The client.
