Mr. Montenegro is a great manager at your location. Gave me a good truck for my 2,100 trip and helped me adjust the mirrors as I was passing by the location on my way to I 4. He is very professional and friendly. Overall great experience.

SAMUEL DI couldn't believe how new the truck was! For a truck that had over 100,000 miles on it, it was well maintained. I would drive that one way without an issue. The employee I dealt with was great and friendly. Great experience and I highly recommend!
DENISE FThe lock box was difficult to locate and a little to low to access. I had to sit on the ground to put in the code. It was not very easily accessible.
Jennifer PBrand new truck. Great service. Only thing I would mention is we were delayed in picking up the truck and didn’t think anything of it until we got there and were told the reservation is canceled after 30 mins if you don’t show up. That is not noted ANYWHERE when you make your reservation so we never imagined it was an issue. Luckily they just redid the reservation and it was fine- but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time and would have changed the way we went about things.
