How U-Haul Reviews WorkI did not interact with personnel, I dropped the key in a lockbox which was very easy and accessible
Lori CThe service were very kind and clear, no surprises at the end.
Rosa RAt the last moment, I was informed that the dollies i rented weren't available and I had to get them from another location. The truck had bald tires or needed an alignment and was dangerous to drive on the highway. The truck had a nest of ants in the driver's side door.
Thomas VProcess was quick, received the truck with a quarter tank of fuel, expected a full tank.
