Would rent a 10ft truck because it was going out of state. Made me rent a 15ft truck. This truck cost me more in gas than planned. Wrnt over my budget. If the uhaul website lets you rent a 10ft truck that is what the customer expects. Also had to go 9miles further away to get truck. Wasnt made available were it was ordered.

They charged more gas to my card and the app showed more gas in it when I picked it up than what was really in it. It's a scam, moving is hard enough without adding that stress to it.
