I was charged for a dolly that they didn’t provide, this is the second time this location has done that. It made my move very uncomfortable.

The car engine kept shutting off as the car slowed down. This is a major safety hazard especially since we were driving on a major highway! The lady had told us that rats had chewed up the cords, and that’s why the car sounded weird upon picking it up. When I drove off from picking up the furniture, a RAT ACTually FELL FROM THE BOTTLM OF THE Truck! I was driving behind the truck (my husband was driving the truck).
