The service when I was greeted at this location was excellent. The representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She got me set up with the best options possible for the price and I was in and out in 5 mins. I would highly recommend this location to anyone! Great service!

Picking up was easy, other than equipment was not waiting for me inside the truck. Returning was easy, however (no blame on me or the location) power outages affected systems all across the Denver/Metro area. Waiting 30 minutes at the gas pump(to authorize prepay) was frustrating. Network issues between cashier and the pump. Backup power/wireless internet would be good for that location. Overall things were great.

TERESA RBoth young ladies that helped me check in and check out were extremely helpful. The system crashed when I checked in ,but I was taken care of. My only issue is with the WiFi at the location it was impossible to connect to the app and go through the required steps. Again both ladies were awesome and everything worked out. I have used this location 5 times and will continue to in the future.
JEFFREY HMy trucks alignment or steering column was completely fucked. Terrifying to drive that death trap.
