Rentals should be clean and ready to go at reserved time. The truck I rented had dried food in cupholder, covered in snow. The clerk handed me a windshield washer/squeegee to clean the truck myself. That is one star customer service.

GILMER BPicking up was easy, other than equipment was not waiting for me inside the truck. Returning was easy, however (no blame on me or the location) power outages affected systems all across the Denver/Metro area. Waiting 30 minutes at the gas pump(to authorize prepay) was frustrating. Network issues between cashier and the pump. Backup power/wireless internet would be good for that location. Overall things were great.
