Organization of checking in and out the uhaul was confusing and a mess. Unlike the other uhauls, you had to acquire and unload all the materials "purchased" with your rental. The owner or shop was also not tracking what was or was not in the truck.

Amy MAwesome location!!! Both the gentlemen that helped us in and out were amazing!! I was so stressed, (moving day UGH!) and I forgot my phone, couldn't get logged into the APP ***(NEEDS SERIOUS WORK!! Like why can't I see my pw at least when I set it up, especially since it doesn't ask to do it again to make sure, so I doubt I got it right when I set it up, WHAT IS THAT ABOUT??) Aside from the subpar app, the location is fantastic, truck was ready, and they were so helpful. Not to mention the street tacos smelled so good I had to grab some of those on my way out. I would highly recommend picking up a U-Haul here.
Adrian DThe truck was fine. The rental location had the incorrect vehicle on the contract, the incorrect fuel level listed on the contract, and after we returned the vehicle, incorrectly billed us for someone else's rental. We will not use Uhaul again unless there are no other trucks available. Without hesitation, I would drive a good deal farther to rent from another company.
