Total miles drove was 21 and I was told that the tank is full and for 21 miles it cost me $29.22 . I think it should be audited how come the 10 feet truck consume this amount of gas. And the guy have not enough information about renting a truck I know that rate is for 24 hours and I was told it’s for 6 hours.

The highest fan speed didn't work for the air conditioning and I was charged for a service that I declined multiple times.
Ian SI checked my reservation the night prior to picking up the truck and it was confirmed. I arrived at 6am to pick up the truck with the mobile app and my reservation had been cancelled. I had to wait until they would help me at 7:30 before anyone would answer any questions only to be told to call the 800 number by the same person who told me to wait until their U-Haul center opened. I was transferred twice before someone helped me. I paid two movers for one hour of work while they had to wait for me to arrive. The truck was very dusty and dirt was all over the floor of the truck.
