The truck has a mechanical issue that caused lurching at speeds over 50 MPH. The vehicle should be taken out of service until it is repaired.

Unacceptable Call U-hal customer service said free upgrade but have to wait couple hrs at store then the 15’ truck never came. Call again U Hal gave me another one for only 2hr instead of 1 day but charge me $40. This was too bad of U Hal 0 star if I could
