My reservation was canceled. I had chosen $15 dollar insurance when I filled out the reservation and then it was canceled and $15 insurance was not an option it was only $15. Super disappointing
ALEXIS FHave rented at this location several times and always satisfied with the service and staff.
BRUCE FThey refused to take the truck back - even after we showed them our signed contract and confirmed we were at the correct location. They told us we had to call U-Haul to arrange a different drop off which would have cost us additional gas and milage.
AMY TRepresentative was friendly and helpful. Equipment was clean and worked well, although the truck ran really, really loudly.
