Pick up service was ok except the location and type of trailer was not close to what I requested. Multiple times I have rented from UHaul and each time either the equipment, locations, or both was changed from what I reserved. This is very inconvenient and frustrating. I don't see why reservation can not be accurate. In this case I rented a 5x8 trailer and could only access a 6x12. I will look for more reliable options in future.
