The truck they gave me the key for was parked behind another truck so I had to go back in and get different keys. I declined the safe ride protection for the original truck. When I got the receipt for the truck they switched me to I was charged for the safe ride protection.

Sarah AThe reservation issues continued and then got worse during the return of the truck. The reservation was for a 1-way and he returned it as a Local causing a $404.47 charge to my CC. I called the dispatch number again and explained the situation. They dispatcher agreed with me and I was supposed to get a call from a mgr w/in 72 hrs. I called back after a week had gone by and was told I received an email - which I never got. He issued the credit on that phone call. Attendants that don't know how to do their jobs properly or how to resolve issues that arise, a dispatch service that doesn't seem to follow through with their promises, massive over-charging that takes up to 2 weeks to resolve. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH U-HAUL RIGHT NOW.
