The last minute location change was a real problem. The ride of the truck was terribly rigid, my back and possessions took a beating.

The safety chains hooks are too small and are challenging to connect to an F250.
Mike MMy pick up location was changed by uhaul to over 30 miles away from my original pick up location. Then I was charged extra for those 30 miles in overages for miles. I feel like I should have been prorated for those extra miles from my pick up.
NATHAN MI did not like that the truck wasn’t full when I got there. It is hard to estimate how much gas to put back in. If it starts full, then you fill it back up to full when you’re done. I was questioned whether I put the correct amount of gas back in when I was done. I felt that a few gallons was fair since I only used it for a few hours and 28 miles. That didn’t feel comfortable to me.
MASON MThe truck they gave me the key for was parked behind another truck so I had to go back in and get different keys. I declined the safe ride protection for the original truck. When I got the receipt for the truck they switched me to I was charged for the safe ride protection.
