There was only one person working the store when we turned in the trailer and she did not have any knowledge about checking in rental equipment. The owner was supposed to be in the next day to take care of the check in. The contract did not get closed out for two days. I had to call the U-haul reservations representative twice over two days checking if they had gotten notice of my turn in, which they had not. If I had not been proactive following up on the check in notification I might have been charged for extra days. When I finally received my e-mail receipt it showed the turn date two days latter than the date I turned in the equipment. Not good. Not happy.

Best U-haul franchise ever, David answered the phone immediately and I was on the road directly. Now if we could only teach the rest of the country to drive.
Hunter CI delivered the trailer I rented within the time frame. The app did not work from the beginning, would not allow me to do the pick up, the store had to do it on their end. I dropped it off, the store is closed no one to check it in, the app doesn't work. So I ended paying an extra day and I did not use it the second day! Needless to say....Not happy with how they do things!!!
Lorenzo TMaybe check in your vehicles correctly I returned the uhaul an hour early and two days later got a call it wasn't checked in and then they tried to charge me extra for fuel and rental when it was all paid already definitely DO NOT recommend this location
Andrew FThe app/software to take pictures does not work. It did not allow me to long the correct mileage which was 84 miles when I picked it up. Then I got charged $55 dollars when I dropped it off with the mileage was listed at 100 miles in the gas take.
