RENE GThe receptionist at the Easy Pay office informed me that any excess fuel I put into the tank would be credited back to me once I returned the truck. That was completely false. Upon dropping off the truck, the U-haul employee told me that was incorrect and that my contract did not include reimbursement for returning the truck with additional fuel. U-haul and its affiliates need to be taught not to mislead their customers. Very disappointing.
