Robert BI was over charged for mileage. The check in app didn’t work. Not the locations fault. When I disputed the bill the district manager Kevin was rude and unhelpful.
Karen AThe third party that handles the reservation for me to pick up the truck took 35 minutes to verify me picking the truck up. This is ridiculous. Uhaul outsources this service and is no help. I will never book online to a place that is not open with on site support. This process is a joke!!!
Bryan AThe UHAUL app is hard to use. I am very tech savvy and still had trouble knowing when to navigate to the next screen. Specifically when entering verification contacts and when taking photos. It is NOT intuitive at all.
