Took 2 days to check the trailer in. Meanwhile I’m getting late notices
ROBERT LWe were told one price and then we were told that if we didn’t use it the full two days which we only use less than a day. so we would get it half our money back and then charged us even more. so the agency we went through said one thing but the actual U-Haul one 800 number told us another, it was all confusing. So now it’s awaiting game to see if we’re gonna get reimbursed or not. But it was really clean and the U-Haul itself that we had was very nice. Just confusing on communication part and payment part.
