Professional and kind. U-Haul itself (the company) seemed to be having server issues (the app on my phone was also unresponsive), delaying the process greatly, but the individuals at Community Resource Center were not to blame for that. They were patient and friendly, helping me stay patient as well.

Karen DThis was not a UHaul office. It was a community center. The employee must have been new. The system problems caused us over an hour delay in our pickup. There was nothing at the location other than a few trucks and an employee. This was not the location I had previously been given, it was changed last-minute.
