When picking up our truck, the store owners tried to say they didn’t see our reservation online even though I was showing them our app and the confirmation. They tried to get us to reserve again and pay them twice. By the time it was resolved we were 30 mins into our reserved time. The truck was maintained for the most part but the back was not swept and cleaned out, we cleaned it. Would not rent from this location again.
