Representative at the pickup location was friendly but struggled with the online check-in process. He had to call a manager for further assistance but was able to resolve the issue quickly.
DAVID JGive me the wrong truck at frist a 10 ft I had 15 ft reverse. The receipt I got was for the 10 ft truck not the 15 ft truck still have not got the final receipt yet for the rental
