My original location at a U-Haul storage and rental was changed. Had to go to that location anyways for supplies since Statesville Ave location didn't have anything and I was t informed they didn't carry supplies

TERRANCE JI had a reservation at 4pm. I requested for someone to be there in-person for the pick up as requested. When I arrived, no one there to assist me. I called the number provided and someone was readily available to help me. But it was very inconvenient as I had to wait longer to receive my U-Haul due to no one being there. Not only did the process take longer, but I had to move another U-Haul out of the way in order to get the one assigned to me. This was not an ideal pick up.
