Took way to long to process, cashier had no idea how or what to do. Had to call owner and he did the order over the phone. That location NEVER can do anything correctly. This is my 4th and my LAST time going there. Uhaul needs to SCREEN their locations and verify that people making these orders ARE QUALIFIED TO DO THE JOB!! THIS LOCATION ABSOLUTELY IS NOT!!

The price rate
Danny Tvirtually unable to pick up a rented trailer. owner seems to be the only one who can work system and he's never around, so always takes a hour just a previously reserved trailer. Either fix you systems or can this location as a dealer.
