All employees need to to be trained on finalizing the return drop off when it may be at a earlier time than the contracted time. I dropped off at 5:00 am and the employee had to call staff at home to help but the contract did not get finalized for the return properly which caused additional charges later and correction due to that failure.

Makayla SU haul screwed up my reservation multiple times on Saturday costed me more money had to get a hotel room witch costed me more money because they made my reservation in California when I said Georgia was at the location at 6 to get my equipment to find out u haul put it in California not Georgia like I said spent hours ok the phone trying to get it fixed then I couldn't get the u haul because it was past 7pm had to get a hotel room at 11pm because of them I will be seeking full reimbursement from uhaul because if there piss poor booking
