Had trouble with computer and maked me down as picking the trailer up at 1200 when I did not get there until 1247 and it took 45 mins to get me ou the door.

Very bad experience with this reservation. Originally set up reservation for a 17 foot truck. Was changed on your end to a 26 foot truck which would not work for what we needed. Reservation was changed multiple times on your end. This created all kinds of confusion when I went to pick up truck, which was over 20 miles from the original pick up location. Waited almost 2 hours and many calls to U-haul customer service to get reservation correct. Tried to charge me almost double what was originally quoted. I am VERY unhappy with the service this time. The ratchet system of the car dolly was very hard to operate cause of the dirt and rust on it when I received it ...the ratchet cranks would keep jamming and made using them twice as hard and twice as long to use...plus the car dolly looked like someone took it through a deep mud pit and didn't clean it
