No drop off box for keys at location calling in to the 800 number over a dozen times they had me drive miles out of the way then back to same location this was worst customer service service I ever experienced in my life there is no place right at this location to drop keys had leave keys in vehicle and hope they got them which when I called today thankfully they did we literally spent. 5 hours trying to return this truck
