This was the smoothest unit pick up and drop off that I’ve ever had with a rental business. Easy online reservation and check in. Took 10 minutes to pick up and 5 minutes to drop off. Great experience. I’ll definitely use there services again.
Stephen MThe pickup itself went so smoothly and Claire was lovely. I requested a truck pickup in Victoria and was told 2 days before I had to drive to Chemainus to pick it up. I don’t have a car. I asked UHaul if they could move the truck to Victoria and they said no. I asked if they could pay for me to take a cab and they said no. I was very disappointed with this service and will not be booking with UHaul for my next move.
