The location was good. The U-Haul customer service when contacting the main office was terrible. I do not recommend U-Haul whatsoever

I am very happy with my experience. I was able to rent a truck the day I called. The lady who helped me was very kind and the price was quite reasonable. Also they have more availability at the Chemainus location then the other locations such as Duncan, it is worth driving a little bit farther especially if it is a last minute booking.
CHRISTA RClair is really helpful , trailers are old but did the job .
DAVID PI have probably rented a Uhaul 30 times in my 54 years in 3 countries. I’ve rented from Hasidic gangster brother in brooklyn and hipster couples in portland. I’ve never rented from someone as cool calm and personable as Clair. Shes the best.
