I dropped it off when they were closed. however I received a call from UHAUL that told me to drop it somewhere else after I already turned in the key in the drop box. The lady on the phone kept claiming the location I dropped it off at was full but drop off the van there was only 2 other vehicles there. I set up this drop off point at my pick up location. I not sure why There is confusion. anyway all went well.
