Great experience! The van was big enough to load my little bit of furniture in two trips. Checking out was very easy and bringing back the van. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone to rent from. The folks at this location were very down to earth.
Amanda WThe first reservation was canceled (not by me) and then done again because location did not have the car hauler. No help from the counter person for hook up or verifying that the equipment was correct even though I asked for them to make sure. If this is how Uhaul does business then this will be the last time I use this service.
RHEE MI booked with Arnett's because they were open on Sunday & I wouldn't have to use the U-Haul app. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop off. Quick turn around at both ends. Friendly & laid back. Cute little country store where you do the transaction. Truck was in good condition.
