Arnett’s family store was awesome, everything about that was great. But I was originally going to U-Haul Neighborhood dealer @ Piedmont Minu Storage LLC (2000 W Hundred Rd Chester, VA 23836 United States), where I made a reservation through the app. The truck wasn’t there and the attendant refused to call the main office to help us so we had to do everything but told us to call to change the reservation. Then we called the main office for them to not do anything telling me to call the regional office, so we did and they couldn’t do anything either. After much back and forth my dad finally found Arnett’s. Without a reservation(because we couldn’t change it for whatever reason), they hooked us up, and we got the truck within 5 minutes. It took 50 minutes total and only spent 5 minutes at Arnett’s, wish they told me to just cancel the reservation and go there, but we had to go through bureaucracy to get the simple solution.
