I stopped at the store on Nov 4th to inquire about price and availability, spoke with Mike On Nov 6th I went in the store about 4:10pm and reserved the trailer for Saturday Nov 8th to pick up about 10am, young male store clerk gave me Trailer # RT1191D. Told me to go straight to the lot on Saturday, hitch up the trailer, pull up to the front of the store so they could take a picture of the attachment. I called on Friday, spoke with Mike, to verify the trailer was still available on Saturday. Mike said the reserve showed I took the trailer with me on Nov 6 about 4:30pm and was suppose to return by 11pm, which I had not. I was driving a 2014 Sonata, with NO trailer hitch that evening, I did not take a trailer on the 6th. Mike extended my order to go through Monday to make sure I was able to get a trailer on Sat. Nov. 8th. We arrived about 10am on the 8th, my grandson, hitched the trailer to his 2017 Red Jeep, we pulled to the front of the store, a blonde lady came out took a photo, and had me sign for the trailer. We returned the trailer by 11:30am. Used about 1 1/2 hr. PLEASE note I am being charged double!! When my receipt came up on my email, I called Arnetts store, talked with Mike. He called UHAUL and requested a refund for the over charge. The credit was suppose to be posted within 3 to 5 days. It has now been a full week and I have not seen a refund on my Discover card. Mike was very polite and helpful each time I spoke to him, in person or on the phone. Your immediate attention to this over charge would be greatly appreciated.

Gas gage sensor is broken. I returned it on. Full tank and got charged $17 for fuel from the location. Never again.
Chris MWas difficult to pick up the trailer, people are just winging it there. Got frustrated with me for no reason. The tire was bald and was about to explode with no tread.
