How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe guy was really nice it was a fast easy smooth process high recommend!!
Khadijah LA warning about it being “full” ahead of time would have been helpful. And the staff was rude when telling me I need to leave and go somewhere else. If the lot is full, I should be told ahead of time before drop off that I need to go somewhere else.
Benjamin JVery professional . Great customer service
Freddie DPick up location is in a narrow back alley, with no room to maneuver.. Very narrow street where you are looking for an address - U-Haul sign was very small. Nobody was present and the store was locked. Store was supposed to be open until 5. I got there at 4. Nobody mentioned I would need an adapter for the trailer lights. After finding one at a nearby auto store, I returned to the location and discovered the man had left again; even though he told he would be waiting for me. I hooked up the trailer and lights myself, and then discovered the lights were not working properly.
