The only reason not to recommend is that my original pickup was three blocks away from my house and this was a 20 minute drive in the opposite direction in which I was using the trailer.
PAUL BWe booked this month's ahead of time and then got the pick up location switched two days before. Ok, thats ok at first. But the new location didn't open until 10am, and our pick up time was 8:30. We went to a closed location with no one there. Finally got a call 20 minutes after our rental began to go through the process to start the rental. Ended up getting started on our move an hour behind schedule. Communication was very poor, no apologies for the inconvenience.
