TONY ZI pulled behind the car wash where all of the equipment was being stored. It was a gravel lot with weeds growing all over and had stuff just packed in there anyway. No signs telling me where to go. I walk in, tell the person I’m dropping off and he had to call his boss. His boss tells him to tell me to park it near a shipping container. I backed it in, with very little help of anyone spotting me to let me know if I was going to hit something. I go back in and ask for them to process my paperwork and he tells me his boss who isn’t even there will do it later. I told him I rented to hand trucks. They tell me to bring the hand trucks in. So, I had to go back out to the trailer, get the hand trucks and wheel them back into the car wash for them. I might as well had been working for UHaul myself during this entire transaction because I did EVERYTHING!!!
