First issue and known to the location was all the dead bugs plastered all over the windshield and side mirrors. Disgusting and made visibility a challenge, especially because I had to keep touching the side mirrors. Which brings us to the bigger issue: the left side mirror was loose. It shifted out while driving and I had to constantly adjust while on the highway. Extremely dangerous. We should be receiving some sort of refund for having had to deal with this type of trouble and for being a road hazard.

I had scheduled a 7AM pick up and when I showed up the facility was closed. Not sure if this was an issue with setting up the pick up. The location opened up at 8 AM but the person who assigns the truck does not arrive until “8:15-ish”. That didn’t happen. In fact he called in on the phone and I had to complete the pick up over a phone call, was handed a key and told “trucks out back”
