Location gas station. No desk. Gas station attendant refused to take the vehicle or keys initially. told me to call help line. automated return process is night horrendous. took more than hour to return. had to call the help line three times. After going through the process, the gas attendant took the keys. they should inform this before. looks like this is a setup. Never renting UHaul again.

ALEJANDRO MDidn't have any issues in this location which has many poor reviews. To have a good experience I recommend 1) doing the phone pickup ahead of time 2) use your phone to do the pickup once you arrive at the location 3) use an iphone (Android app did not let me do the pickup but the iphone one did) 4) you only need the truck and nothing else (dollies, pads etc.) this place doesn't have any Once you completed the steps in the app you can get the keys from the cashier, simple no hassle.

Jessica HPassenger mirror wasn’t tilting, it was so hard to change the lane and passenger had to guide me eveytime so that I can switch lanes. I also refilled gas extra by half tank, hope you can give me discount on that and reduce my total price.
