This was a simple move, just a bed, and it should have been quick and easy. Instead, U-Haul made it unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. I reserved a truck in advance and was told it would be ready, but at the last minute I was sent to the wrong location where the truck wasn’t even available. I had to scramble to find another nearby location on my own, which delayed everything and disrupted the movers I had already scheduled, costing me more money. When I finally got a truck, none of the equipment I paid for was provided. No furniture dolly, no additional dolly, nothing. On top of that, the truck was extremely dirty, and I had to clean it myself before I could even load my belongings. I was told by the representative who helped rebook me that a complaint would be filed and I’d be contacted within 1 to 3 business days. That never happened, and it’s now been two weeks. This experience was disorganized, unreliable, and a complete waste of my time and money.

Location gas station. No desk. Gas station attendant refused to take the vehicle or keys initially. told me to call help line. automated return process is night horrendous. took more than hour to return. had to call the help line three times. After going through the process, the gas attendant took the keys. they should inform this before. looks like this is a setup. Never renting UHaul again.

ALEJANDRO MDidn't have any issues in this location which has many poor reviews. To have a good experience I recommend 1) doing the phone pickup ahead of time 2) use your phone to do the pickup once you arrive at the location 3) use an iphone (Android app did not let me do the pickup but the iphone one did) 4) you only need the truck and nothing else (dollies, pads etc.) this place doesn't have any Once you completed the steps in the app you can get the keys from the cashier, simple no hassle.
