I did not think there was anything that needed to be improved; my original pick-up spot was changed at literally the last minute to this location but the process was very smooth.

I would rate my experience with your representative MAX as extraordinary. Ten out of ten on every level!!! Parking area when returning is extremely close and very very difficult to navigate!!!
