My experience with GSpan UHAUL was absolutely horrible. The entire experience from start to finish was just terrible. The owner Gary holds no accountability for the unprofessional service his business delivers. He believes that because he owns 3 business and is terribly burnt out, that his customers deserve to suffer. He rented me a truck that was completely boxed in and he blamed the last customer instead of owning that this was his failure and lack of leadership and management. They failed to tell me that my rental had roadside assistance and put me through hell telling me I was responsible for charges that I was not. And after all of that unnecessary stress I was out through, Gary did not apologize and said that he had delivered amazing customer service. I asked Gary to own this and make this right and he refused to. Terrible leadership. Terrible management. Terrible customer service. Do not rent from this location.

STEPHANIE KMaybe have some signage of where the trucks are actually located. This was a mobile reservation & it was INSANE. Adding all of my information in then & having to add all these extra contacts & not being able to successfully add photos was UNBELIEVABLE. Why not ask for all that information AHEAD of time so all we had to do was click a link to get the code for the key & drive away. It was FREEZING that day & being outside that long was UNSAFE. This is Chicago, YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER
Kimberly FSupport was extremely rude, the app doesn’t work. I was stuck in 10 degree weather for 35 mins trying to check out because your app’s document scanner and photo upload system do not work.
