I probably wouldn’t use this location again because the business was closed. I used the mobile pickup option so I wouldn’t have to interact with the front desk of the business but then my mobile check in told me to collect my key from someone at the front desk, which obviously I could not do. This led to a series of problems and having to call customer service for help multiple times.

KING JHours mentioned open until 6pm. I was there at 5:30pm and they were closed. After a few calls I was able to get the key out of the lockbox. The truck has one tire sensor not working. I took a picture and mentioned it to the rep I called before leaving with the truck.
