Major problems with online process.. I was not able to access my order, tried multiple times to verify with an online code but kept looping me back to the start of the process. Had to call customer service several times, spoke with three different reps. 1st rep tried to help, saw that I could not access the account and that it was defaulting to my back up contacts account, then transferred me to another department where I received a voice mail. Next contact saw the same thing, she tried to help then transferred me to another department where I again got a voice mail. third time I finally got someone who could help, still had to loop through at least two online codes but he was able to reset the account and I was able to proceed with the online registration process. This took almost an hour before I could actually get in the truck. When I asked the guy at Shell for assistance, he was very polite but said he couldn't help as all they do is rent the spots to Uhaul. Truck was clean and no problems at all with the truck. The online process was stressful and frustrating. Uhaul needs to get it together with their online process. No one should have to go through this.

Ridiculous process actually getting to rent a thing. You really need to call someone else in addition to making me jump through all of the other hoops. The return process was pretty disgusting, it was freezing cold out and snowy and the app wasn't working and I took the photos probably five times before I found the support link and somebody told me it's submitted okay. No idea.
Justin WDid not have the furniture pads we paid for, truck was dirty, had less then half a tank of gas on pickup, and the owners(?) proceeded to charge us $20 for having a personal vehicle on site and argue with us about paying for a full tank of gas. Their rebuttal was to stand by both the UHaul and our vehicle and yell at us until we went inside and paid their fee.
SARAH FDesignated parking spots for the UHauls might be nice, when we went to return our truck, we almost couldn't park it because cars were in the spots.
