I rented out the vehicle on Oct 18 at approximately 10.30am - and I returned it the SAME DAY at 2.30pm. That's criminal they've charged me for TWO days hire. I expect a refund on that charge! My review is that this Neighborhood U-Haul are Sneaky by overcharging customers - they were very nonchalant when I came to ask about hiring and they told me to just leave the key when I returned it - they are very uncaring about the brand they represent and I'm sure they're overcharging other customers!!!!

Difficult to get vehicle as employee was I adequately trained. Also overcharged me for 1 day. I returned the vehicle 10/14 at 4 pm. They did not execute the closing till after 10 on the 15th and charged an extra day Very unhappy

The only problem was that I was told I could drop off at any location, but that was not the case. I had to drive the car back to the original location, which was fine, just inconvenient.

I was quoted a price of $148 when I got there it was $200 because they didn't add taxes and insurance. If I order food and they tell me its $10 then I get there and its $15 that would be messed up. You need to improve this. Moving is stressful enough we don't need any more bad info.

The key return instructions for returning vehicles using the app are either unclear or nonexistent. Please make sure to be clearer about these in the future. For reference, I returned them to the attendant working in the attached Shell station at about 8:30 on Oct 1, 2018

This location is an utter shambles. I rented a dolly and blankets and neither were in the van I rented. When I went into the garage store, everyone I spoke to seemed to be baffled that I might be looking for someone. This is the second time that location had been a joke. I'm never using that location again.

I used the mobile pick-up option, and the process was unnecessarily time-consuming and not at all transparent. Part of the review process took almost a half hour and I was getting no response from the chat function in the mobile site.

I was told to prepay the mileage. I drove it less than I paid for and the man did not record my mileage and refund my money. The Shell station was a dump and to get to the office was a dangerous walk through a disgusting filthy garage. I will never be back there again.

I returned my rental well before the drop off time and there was an error on the return process on the app, so the app told me to just return the key to the box and someone would be in touch. I was just charged and extra 39 dollars and I should not have been.

I arrived at this location after “successfully checking in” online, but I was not given any information as to how to get the van. Nobody at the location had any idea about retrieving the keys. After calling U-Haul and being on hold for nearly 2 hours, I was able to get a code for the lock box and retrieve the keys. The process for self pickup is obnoxious. They make it seem like the quick way to do things, but it was not in my experience. During the verification process, they had to reach out to 2 other contacts of mine and speak with them before I was able to be verified, which was ridiculous and pointless. Just added more time to an already long and annoying process. I didn’t leave the parking lot until 2 hours after my original pickup time. Very frustrating

I would be happy to provide more information, but when I arrived 7 minutes early to pick up the truck, I was told the only person that can handle the Uhaul reservations was gone and I would have to wait 30 minutes. They also had the wrong gas information on the reservation. I had to go to the back of a garage to a computer that looked like it was 30 years old. The customer service was really bad. I was told that I needed to talk to Uhaul about any concerns, he had nothing to do with it. I would suggest immediately stopping any contracts you have with this facility, they are a poor representatives for your company.

There was nobody at the uhaul location when I came to pick up the van. It took over an hour past my reservation time to actually get into the van and start driving

The pickup was a total disaster. The mobile pickup straight up didn't work. The local guys were utterly bemused, didn't have a van or dolly ready for me. I had to go through the whole booking process again. They added CDW without asking if I wanted it. Total shambles.

Picking up the truck via phone was super frustrating. My payment wouldn’t go through, and the reasons were unclear - it was not for a lack of money in the account. We had to call my bank a few times and Uhaul, which we were on the phone 20 minutes waiting for. It took 30 minutes longer than it should’ve to pick up the truck and that meant I had my movers for 30 mins less than I was supposed to and they didn’t finish the job.

It took 40 minutes from the time I arrived to pick up the truck until I was ready to leave. I had to take a pick of myself, a picture of both sides of my license, give you a secondary contact and wait 30 minutes to get my information approved. Never again!

The Van was filthy and smelled terrible for my rental, I said it was not clean for the next person to rent...NOT because of me! By the time I checked out, there was no option to explain Very annoyed that I am paying $25.00 to clean what was already dirty!!!!
