You must to show the real offer for the rent vehicles, I received a different van that my choice when reserved. Your app doesn't work well, when I returned the van, the app just stop and I couldn't finished the return, I had to call support to finish it.

Edwin RI booked my uhaul for another location, and then it was moved to this one. That was inconvenient, though fine, until we got there at our designated pick up time and the location was closed. This one opened later than the original location we booked at, and we we're given no directions or opportunity for contactless pick up. We had to wait until the location opened and then get our keys inside. It also didn't have the moving materials I had ordered.
