When arriving to this location, the uhaul we booked was not there. They did not seem apologetic that our reserved truck wasn't there and told us we could either take a smaller truck, wait hours to see if the truck would arrive, or look for another location. We decided that our best option was to just take the smaller truck because we were on an obvious time crunch with moving. It took almost an hour to actually get the keys to the truck, and we went to drive it, there was no gas. We immediately had to stop to fill up the tank, and had to load up several cars just to fit what we needed. We also rented the bigger truck size so we would have a ramp, but the smaller truck didn't have one which made moving bigger items and furniture more difficult. The best they could offer us is a small discount on the rate per mileage. So ridiculous and made our moving experience so much more stressful!!!!

It was kool but I was over charged for miles .. I took pictures it was already 2 miles on there when I started .. but I was charged for them .. and I don’t like it
