The U-Haul little detailing auto spa owner was extra fantastic. Someone at U-Haul co, switched my 'day van' to a small box truck when I had ordered a van almost 2weeks prior. No way would that've worked. He corrected the problem and I got the van.

BETTINA M.This location was in the ghetto of Chicago. There was no trace of a U-Haul truck, or signage anywhere. Ended up taking it to a different location. Luckily a man at the other location was helpful. I was talking to customer service when he approached my vehicle and help me. That was not a good place to send someone to drop off a truck.
Danielle N.Office was delayed 45 mins getting the key for my truck. I sat outside the truck waiting for the mechanic to get a call back about where the key was. Truck was filthy also, water in the cup holders and the chairs had stains. The back loading area of the truck was covered in dirt and the outside of the van looked like it was driven through mud. Multiple dents and scratches on the van. The mileage was off also, however I failed to check it before logging through this app b/c I made the assumption once done checking in, there would be a code for the lock box. I only drove 12 miles total. Between my old apartment and the new one.
