I went after hours, and this was an awful experience. First, I was coming from the left, and the gate was closed. I could not pull in. So I had to pass it, and there were so many one-ways to loop around and come from the right. That took 20 mins. Then I park on the side of the street. The drop-off key was not specific at all, and I didn't know if I had to pay for parking. I called customer service, it took over 15 minutes on hold, and she was confused as well about what to do. After getting clarification to DROP IT OFF IN THE MAILDROP and not having to pay for parking, I left. This experience was AWFUL, and it made me regret going through U-Haul. I really had a bad experience with drop-off.

Eloy NWas closed and couldn’t get into gate
Al HThe location was closed. In all fairness, I do believe the scheduling office made a mistake and assigned us to a location that is not open on Saturday. But, when I called the phone number for that business, the man was not helpful at all even after I explained the situation. I had driven 30 minutes to a closed location. A location that had no where to leave the trailer so I pulled aside in busy Chicago and then I sat on hold for over 45 minutes or more waiting for the scheduling office to pick up. Never did answer so I ended up leaving the trailer out front on the busy street where the guy I talked to at the business said I could but said it might get stolen if I did that. I ended up doing the self check out
