Leaving renters without access to the key drop off AND a completely locked gate with zero ability to open it is not even remotely an ideal situation. This causes for an absolutely ridiculous close to an already stressful moving day. Also, waiting over an hour for customer service to not even answer your call is absolutely insane. You need a better system Uhaul.

I went after hours, and this was an awful experience. First, I was coming from the left, and the gate was closed. I could not pull in. So I had to pass it, and there were so many one-ways to loop around and come from the right. That took 20 mins. Then I park on the side of the street. The drop-off key was not specific at all, and I didn't know if I had to pay for parking. I called customer service, it took over 15 minutes on hold, and she was confused as well about what to do. After getting clarification to DROP IT OFF IN THE MAILDROP and not having to pay for parking, I left. This experience was AWFUL, and it made me regret going through U-Haul. I really had a bad experience with drop-off.
DRU TIf it was cheaper it would help a lot of people. Make it cheaper!!!
