We booked this month's ahead of time and then got the pick up location switched two days before. Ok, thats ok at first. But the new location didn't open until 10am, and our pick up time was 8:30. We went to a closed location with no one there. Finally got a call 20 minutes after our rental began to go through the process to start the rental. Ended up getting started on our move an hour behind schedule. Communication was very poor, no apologies for the inconvenience.

Ashley SGive actual paperwork the online text or email was not good enough in Chicago we have ice and we have the Chicago Police department pulling people over you need documents not your email or text message about your truck rental.
