The gas reading was off. Had to pay an additional 33.00 for gas. No ho Spot after putting in 65.00 at the local gas station. I put back so the gauge read the same. I would had to put in an additional 15.00 to meet what they said the gage should have read for a 120 mile rental. Not happy.
Manuel MI love going to this location, he makes the process of renting and returning easy.

MATTHEW GUhaul customer service needs to ask how much is being moved so that they can recommend what sized truck is needed. In my case, no one bothered, and so they assigned me a too -small truck to do the job. When I mentioned this to the Bidwell storage guy, he said, "It is what it is" and shrugged his shoulders
