Location is very small. Staff did not provide any information. They failed to log the trailer, so I got a call three days later wondering where the trailer was. The assistance in parking the trailer was horrible. They parked a vehicle in the way and it was very difficult to put the trailer where they wanted it. They waived me back to where I hit another vehicle with my mirror. Just horrible

Do not let this location be a U-haul pick up spot. The men who work here are all Indian, you can barely understand them. They took forever to actually GET us our U-haul, and then apparently lost the keys?? They spent forever trying every single U-haul key on every truck because they were so disorganized. They also gave us the one u-haul in the very back instead of one of the ones in the front?? When I arrived to pick up my u-haul, there was only 1 indian man working (who didnt speak a lick of english) and we ended up waiting around for 15 minutes for some other indian dude to show up, which took ANOTHER 20 minutes, and then we were standing around in the "parking lot" (just some run down, dirty, homeless infested area) where these u-hauls were parked. Also, the U-haul they gave us had a huge hole in the filler neck (where you put the gas nozzle) so we couldnt even fill up the u-haul with gas when we were done. Overall, this location is dirty, disgusting, and you will waste your time here and have to suffer with poor customer service.
ALOURA NI had to go and literally hunt for someone to accept my return. Then I was told I would receive an email verifying that I had returned it. I should’ve received something in paper immediately. Many people don’t like to do their transactions on the Internet, and I am one of them. I will never ever rent a U-Haul again.
JEANNE HSite did not open on time. No on-site person to assist with rental.
