I had to go and literally hunt for someone to accept my return. Then I was told I would receive an email verifying that I had returned it. I should’ve received something in paper immediately. Many people don’t like to do their transactions on the Internet, and I am one of them. I will never ever rent a U-Haul again.

MADISON BReservation for 9 but didn't leave the facility until 9:40. Transaction conducted via phone from the guy who runs the tire shop. Rat ran over my sisters foot from a hole on the wall. Fuel was near empty at start of rental and was literally running out of the bottom of the truck. Original rental location changed 2 days before rental and furniture dolly requested wasn't available at the site we were moved to. Had to go to the non-independent Uhaul site and to get a dolly.
