They charged me for gas when it was not used. The front of the vehicle was filthy with bugs as was the windshield.

Location was booked as an app pickup. I arrived at the scheduled pickup time that was confirmed with the representative, only to learn that the business does not perform app pickup, and I had to return 2 hours later. I had no ride to the pickup location any more, since they were unable to accommodate my pickup. The location was sketchy and weird
