I didn't want to do the online rental because the lockboxes don't work the easiest, so I choose to use the counter pickup option. But they weren't available so I still had to use the app to complete the rental

Possibly more signs/equipment. I've driven by this exact location for years and had no idea this was a u haul rental facility.

Angela MPeople were nice but U-haul obviously not a priority. Place is confusing to get into. They have both entrances barricaded. I ended up having to drive around them. Trailer was missing cable. He had to go find one. Then he had to go find my moving blankets. In the end having this place a few miles from my house far outweighed any of the struggles.
Shane PWe had done all the paperwork online but they could not access it. I think it was a corporate problem. Not with this location. Took over 30 minutes to pick up truck
