Store said it opened at 7. When I got there no one was there at the store. It was closed. No one showed up until 7:30-7:40.
JOYDELL MBeen here multiple times usually there’s no urgency. So I thought I’d scheduled a 7am pickup to be efficient. Store opened at 7am. Nobody arrived until 7:20 when people finally arrived nobody said sorry and was met with no urgency. When I got my trailer it had a lot of dirt in it that I had to sweep out in order not to get my furniture dirty. Overall it’s cheap so I will be back. But a sorry I’m late would have been nice.
Steven BMatt was excellent, got the paperwork and had me on my way super quick, even though I was 45 minutes early. BRAVO!!
