I was dropping the truck off at this location during after hours. It was NOT at all apparent where truck drop off would be as there were multiple parking lots around the store. I found out that drop off location during after hours was BEHIND the store where semi-trucks would be unloading and make it difficult for a 20 foot truck to fit. The UHAUL app made it seem like you could drop off anywhere near the store, but when I looked at the front door of the store, there was a small sign on the bottom of the door telling me to drop off the rental and keys in the back which may or may not be accessible depending on delivery schedules of the semi-trucks that drop off items in the area. Please make the UHAUL instructions for after hours more visible in front of the store and in the UHAUL app. Also, it would be nice if the drop off location was specifically designated in FRONT of the store.
