Our truck was not cleaned. The front windows were extremely dirty, we attempted to clean it and but still couldn’t get all the muck off. We were to get our truck from another location , but at the last minute we were sent to this location. At the location where we picked our car carrier up, the person who hooked our car up did not strap the front tires of our car properly. When we got to our halfway stop, the next morning we found that the right front tires strap had came off.We drove to the UHaul in that area and the salesperson personally came to restrap both tires to the hauler. She stated that this was the third car from where we came from that had the same problem.

Aryanna GPoor customer service. Attendant would not help me as other customers were coming in to pay for gas and snacks. He would pause my service to help them . Could not find the keys to the truck I rented.! Just poor over all customer service . Will not go back to this location.

AURELIO EThe overall experience was terrible. The location I originally reserved did not have the truck and U-Haul sent me to pick up at another location. I was supposed to pick up at 9 am as I had workers ready to help at that time. The business never opened and U-Haul sent me to another location farther away. I was able to pick up the truck but they did not have the moving blankets I reserved so I had to go somewhere to pick them up. Not once did anyone from U-Haul offer any kind of compensation or discount for being inconvenienced the way I was. Cost me money for workers, blankets, but most of all time!
