Truck was filthy at pick up. And ac did not work my entire trip. Very disappointed

Salvador manager went above and beyondnwith such a positive attitude. He took our two returns even though he was space limited but took the exception. I forgot the dolley atvthe house and he paused b the checkout allowing me to gobget it and return to close out the rental. He was very nice about whole situation and way cool about b it. Thanks uhaul for having good customer service locations like this one.

Danielle JClean your trucks after someone uses it and before the next person rents it. The truck I rented was very dirty inside and in the back. I had to clean it before I placed in my furniture.
